CIG Motors Donates ₦300M Security Fleet to Lagos, Chen Says “Security is First Infrastructure of Prosperity”

In a major boost to public safety, Chief Diana Chen, Chairman and CEO of CIG Motors Group, has donated 10 fully operational vehicles worth over ₦300 million to the Lagos State Security Trust Fund.

The vehicles, presented by CIG Motors — exclusive distributor of GAC Motor, Wuling and JMC in Nigeria — are expected to strengthen patrols, emergency response, and overall mobility for security agencies across Lagos State.

Speaking at the handover, Chief Chen said: _“Security is the first infrastructure of prosperity. When Lagos is secure, businesses grow, investments thrive and communities prosper.”

Receiving the donation, Dr. Ayodele Ogunsan, Executive Secretary/CEO of LSSTF, commended Chief Chen and CIG Motors for their consistent support. “CIG Motors has proven to be a dependable private-sector partner to the Lagos State Government.

This gesture will directly impact response time and safety for Lagosians,” he said.The donation reinforces ongoing collaboration between government and the private sector to make Lagos safer for business and residents.
