As a leading provider of heavy equipment solutions, SMT Africa continues to prioritize skills development for its clients. In line with this commitment, SMT Maroc recently organized a specialized training program for engine operators on behalf of one of its esteemed clients.

The training program, which combined simulator immersion with practical terrain applications, focused on enhancing the operators’ skills on Volvo EC550E excavators. A total of 14 operators participated in the training, gaining valuable insights and hands-on experience in safety protocols, precision operation, and cycle optimization.

“This initiative underscores SMT Africa’s dedication to delivering comprehensive solutions that drive performance and operational excellence,” said SMT Africa. “By investing in our clients’ skills development, we empower them to get the most out of their equipment, ultimately boosting their productivity and efficiency.”

The training program is part of SMT Africa’s broader commitment to supporting its clients’ success, going beyond mere equipment supply to provide tailored solutions that meet their unique needs. For more information on SMT Africa’s training programs, visit their website or contact their team.
