Coscharis Motors unveils CNG Buses into Nigeria Automotive market, Plans Local Assembly

In a move to promote eco-friendly transportation solutions, Coscharis Motors has unveiled its first set of factory-built Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) buses, Joy Long, in Nigeria. The company plans to assemble these buses locally in its Lagos plant in the near future.Key Features of the JoyLong CNG Bus the 2.7-litre engine bus boasts dual fueling capacity, allowing for seamless switching between Premium Motor Spirit (PMS) and CNG. With a 15-litre petrol tank and 220-litre CNG capacity, this bus offers an efficient and cost-effective solution for transportation needs.Benefits of the JoyLong CNG Bus .

According to Mr. Anthony Efe, National Sales Manager, Joy Long Brand, the CNG-powered bus offers numerous benefits, including:- Minimal cost maintenance with 50% reduction in fueling costs compared to PMS- Low engine noise- Reduced servicing and maintenance costs Availability and Warranty The Joy Long CNG bus will be available in all Coscharis regional offices across Nigeria, with a two-year warranty or 60,000km, whichever comes first.Future Plans Coscharis Motors plans to commence local assembly of the Joy Long buses in Nigeria, leveraging its existing assembly plant in Lagos.
