The Sector Commander, RS7.1 FCT Sector Command, Corps Commander T. Iliyasu, today received the Commander, Nigerian Army Headquarters Garrison, Major General J.R. LAR, on a courtesy visit aimed at deepening the longstanding collaboration between the Federal Road Safety Corps and the Nigerian Army.

Discussions centred on enhanced intelligence sharing, joint operational support, and improved road safety interventions across the FCT, with the Garrison Commander also pledging the support of Army Engineers for road safety audits and assessments.

The visit, which featured an exchange of souvenirs and a tour of the Drivers Licence Centre, reaffirmed the shared commitment of both agencies to protecting lives, promoting safer highways, and advancing national development through stronger inter-agency synergy.
