The Corps Marshal, Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) Shehu Mohammed has presented the 2026 Service Excellence Awards to deserving Departments and Corps Offices in recognition of their commitment to quality service delivery and compliance with established service standards.

At the presentation during the Management Meeting on Tuesday, 20 October 2026, the Audit Office emerged first, followed by the Corps Information Technology Office (CITO) in second position, while the Finance and Accounts Department came third.The awards, coordinated by the SERVICOM Unit, were based on performance scores from quarterly evaluations of compliance with service standards and Charter performance monitoring.

Beyond celebrating excellence, the initiative is designed to promote healthy competition, accountability and continuous improvement in service delivery across the Corps.

The recognition reinforces the FRSC’s commitment to institutional efficiency, professionalism and a service culture that places the needs of its customers at the centre of its operations.
