FRSC Celebrity Special Marshals Step Up Road Safety Advocacy in Abuja

Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) Head, Celebrity Special Marshals Julie Chi-Nwaoha who on official visit to FCT Abuja , paid a courtesy visit to Dr. Seun Olagunju, a Top Celebrity Special Marshal ,who also is the Group Head Business Development and partnership at the Bank of Industry in Abuja.

During the visit, discussions centered on enhancing Advocacy and Awareness Campaigns by the Celebrity Special Marshals Unit on critical Road Safety issues.The focus areas for these Campaigns include promoting Awareness on the use of zebra crossings, discouraging drunk driving, and highlighting the dangers of using cell phones while driving.

Dr. Seun Olagunju welcomed Julie Chi-Nwaoha, who appreciated the achievements of the Celebrity Special Marshals Unit so far.The Head of Celebrity Special Marshals also emphasized the potential of leveraging celebrities’ social media platforms to support FRSC’s road safety mission and amplify awareness campaigns. By engaging celebrities in these efforts, the FRSC aims to promote safer driving practices and reduce road risks in Nigeria.

This initiative underscores the FRSC’s Commitment to collaborating with various stakeholders, including Celebrities, to drive Road Safety Awareness and behavioral change among road users in Nigeria.
