FRSC Set to Host it’s 8th Annual Lecture series in Abuja

The Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) will hold its 8th Annual Lecture Series on September 3, 2025, at the Banquet Hall, Presidential Villa, Abuja. This year’s lecture will focus on the theme: “Road Safety Management and Emerging Transportation Trends: Global Partnership for Optimal Performance.”The event will feature notable personalities in the field of transportation, safety, and global partnerships.

The Special Guest of Honour, His Excellency Kashim Shettima, GCON, Vice President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, will deliver the opening remarks, emphasizing the importance of road safety in national development.The Guest Lecturer, Mr. Saul Billingsley, the Executive Director of the FIA Foundation, will bring international insights into emerging trends in transportation and safety management.

A key part of the lecture will be moderated by Osita Chidoka, OFR, the former Corps Marshal and Minister of Aviation, who will guide discussions around global collaboration in road safety.

The host of the event, Shehu Mohammed, mni, the current Corps Marshal of the Federal Road Safety Corps, will also highlight the strategic direction of the FRSC in enhancing road safety and ensuring optimal performance across the country.The event will serve as a crucial platform for discussing international best practices, challenges, and innovations in road safety and transportation management.

The FRSC invites the public and relevant stakeholders to attend and be part of this significant event aimed at improving Road Safety and promoting Safer Roads Nationwide.
