ROSOWA Lagos Empowers Women With Health, Skills And Entrepreneurship Training At Q2 Programme

The Road Safety Officers Wives Association, ROSOWA, Lagos Chapter, has equipped women with practical skills in health, entrepreneurship and financial planning during its Second Quarter Empowerment Programme held in Lagos.

The event, themed _”Empowered to Thrive: Promoting Wellness, Entrepreneurship, Skill Development and Fellowship,”_ drew key dignitaries and representatives of sister agencies including the FRSC Lagos Sector Command, LASTMA, Vehicle Inspection Officers, VIO, and the Police Officers Wives Association, POWA, Lagos Chapter.

Participants received hands-on training on wellness, vocational skills, and business management aimed at promoting self-reliance and healthier living among members and women in the road safety community.

Speaking at the programme, ROSOWA Lagos Chapter said the initiative was designed to strengthen fellowship, collaboration, and capacity building while supporting women to become economically independent and socially impactful.“Together, we remain committed to raising empowered, healthy, and financially independent women,” the association stated.

The gathering also provided a platform for networking and partnership building among ROSOWA, FRSC, LASTMA, VIO and POWA as part of efforts to deepen inter-agency collaboration in Lagos.
