The 9th Flyover commissioned in

The 9th flyover Flagged-off 17 months ago, specifically on June 30th by Chief the Hon Onueze Chukwujinka Joe Okocha MFR, SAN, JP, DSSRS, a former Attorney General & Commissioner of Justice of Rivers State, the Rumuepirikom Flyover is 820m long with a 293m suspended section, an approximately 30m wide carriage way and a total cross section of 44m.

This flyover is expected to drastically reduce the traffic bottle and gridlock, which will inturn shorten travel time to and from the Port Harcourt International Airport, Omagwa.
It will cater for the present and future increases in population mobility and vehicle count, closing the gap between locations in and around our capital city and sponsoring its expansion to the neighbouring rural and sub-urban areas by speeding up their urbanisation, residential/commercial suitability and acceptability.

The former Governor of Edo State, His Excellency Comrade Adams Oshimole is in Port Harcourt to Commision the Rumuepirikom flyover constructed by His Excellency Gov Nyesom Ezenwo Wike – CON.
