The Change of Baton in Weststar Associates

Weststar Associates Limited has announced its disengagement of Mrs. Mary Ojulari former Managing Director with immediate effect and appointed Ebere Anenih to lead the New management Team.

The Auto firm, which is the authorized General Distributor of Mercedes Benz in Nigeria, in a statement titled Re: Notification Of Changes In Weststar Associates Limited’s Management Team signed by Benson Uwatse, Chairman and Osanyande Osemota, Director, said the public should note that there have been some changes in its management as Ojulari, who held the position of Managing Director is no longer affiliated with the Company.

According to the company, in the interim, until the appointment of a new Managing Director, the management has set up a team that will be responsible for the day to day business operations.

The Company has gone further to appoint Mrs. Ebere Anenih who is currently the General Counsel, Legal Compliance and Human Resources as the acting Managing Director as she would be responsible for running the Company and serves as the point of contact for all business operations.

Anenih is to be supported by members of the Management and Heads of Departments
