The Oyo State Governor Governor welcomed his guest the Chairman of Nigeria Governors Forum and Ekiti State Governor, His Excellency Governor Kayode Fayemi to commission the newest Road project in you state.

The Akobo flyover bridge and 7.2 Km Idi Ape to Bashorun to Akobo to Odogbo Barrack road awarded to an indigenous construction company, and was executed by Governor Seyi Makinde .

Governor Seyi appreciates His Excellency Dr Kayode Fayemi for honouring his invite and for commissioning the 7.2 km Idi Ape-Basorun-Akobo-Odogbo Barracks Road dualisation and the General Gas Flyover projects in Ibadan earlier today.

In his remarks at the commissioning, Governor Seyi said ” I stated that governance will continue until the last day of our administration, and so to facilitate the rehabilitation of inner roads in Oyo State, I approved the release of N750 million for repairs of local roads across our dear state.”
