Dr Cosmas Maduka Recounts Japanese Business Turnaround, Praises Japanese Culture

Dr Cosmas Maduka said that his company had acquired an OEM firm in Japan some years earlier. He stated that at the time of acquisition, the company was recording losses, but within seven months it had become profitable.

He added that he was excited to be spending the next six months in Japan to further grow and strengthen the business.

Dr Maduka said his first week in Japan had been very productive. He also mentioned that he had the pleasure of experiencing the legendary Shinkansen, Japan’s bullet train.

He explained that Japanese trains are named to reflect their speed, route, and class, and noted that the Shinkansen truly moves with the speed of a bullet yet arrives at the exact scheduled time, never late.

According to him, after the Bible and the Lord Jesus Christ, it was Japanese culture that had deeply shaped his business journey.

According to him, the discipline, precision, excellence, and commitment to systems in Japan continue to inspired him to move.

Dr Maduka further expressed his appreciation to God for the good health and His blessings over his life.
