OnTheHighwayAfrica has opened a 2-week call for storytellers across Nigeria and Africa to share unique personal experiences from the road.

The media and advocacy platform is inviting the public to write and submit one lesson they have learned “onthehighway” in Africa for a chance to join the OnTheHighwayAfrica Team.

According to the organisers, the initiative aims to document real-life lessons, challenges, and insights from travelers, drivers, commuters, and road users to promote safer, smarter, and more connected road experiences across Africa.

According to Julie Chi-Nwaoha Founder OnthehighwayAfrica she said “This is more than a storytelling, It’s an opportunity to shape conversations around Road Safety, travel, and mobility in Africa while becoming part of a growing community,” the organisers stated.
